Concerning the notice of proposed rulemaking on telemarketing sales, I believe that a prerecorded message is still a sales pitch that should be blocked. It doesn't matter if there is an established business relationship. A sales pitch is a sales pitch whether it is real person or a machine doing the pitching and I want it blocked.
