I am opposed to loosening the restrictions currently in place on telemarketers. I do not consider it beneficial to consumers to have to opt out by calling every company rather than just being listed on a National Do NOT CALL SITE. Please do not allow telemarketers to use unrestricted calling. Phil Correia
