We got on the "Do Not Call" List that was put in place by Congress and approved by the Judicial Branch in order to avoid uncsolicited telemarketing calls to our unlisted numbers. I am so disappointed that the FTC and FCC would consider allowing lobbyists to perform an end run around the will of the American people. It does not matter that the calls are prerecorded. We received prerecorded calls as well as live calls prior to getting on the list. The list has been one of the success stories of our government. If this is allowed to be enacted I will have lost more respect for our government.
