I am totally against the FTC giving away my time, attention for family, and peace of mind to telemarketers without any compensation. If the telemarketers want to call and annoy people on their personal phones then the telemarketers should be willing to buy that right. I suggest that each person be compensated $200.00 per minute for the marketers to ply their trade on an established list of people that sign up to receive the intrusions. No compensation, no rights to my personal life. The 1st people on the list to receive the calls would also be members of the FTC.
