Do NOT open up loop holes Prerecorded Message EBR Telemarketing, Project No. R411001 I still get occasional calls even after being listed - to say nothing of regular calls which are still legal - political, nonprofit. This opens the door under any pretense of getting my phone number--- i.e. security reasons or in case of order questions, etc besides using existing records. I don't want to return to the old days.
