To whom it may concern regarding "Prerecorded Message EBR Telemarketing, Project No. R411001", Any alteration of the "Do Not Call" rules is unconsionable. I, in good faith, added my name to the list last year as a call to congress of my disquest at being interrupted in my home by telemarketers that call at all hours of the day and night. Invasion of my privacy by calling into my home should never be a right of anyone for the purposes of sales. I have a right not to have to be irritated by someone trying to sell me on something when I just want to be able to answer my phone in case something has happened to a friend or loved one. I hate having to screen calls only to listen to someone ramble on for five minutes about the hottest time share in Palm Springs. Please represent my rights as an American responsibly by not changing the do not call list. Please instead make the law even more stringent as I still get calls despite being on the do not call list. By the way, another fear that I've had since adding my name is exactly what's happening here. The very people that is not supposed to call will wind up using the do not call list itself as a new way of finding valid phone numbers of citizens to exploit. Please be responsible and just say no to the telemarketing industry. Thank you.
