"Prerecorded Message EBR Telemarketing, Project No. R411001" No, ...No ...a thousand times no! My home is mine, the mere fact I have made a purchase or otherwise CHOSEN to interact with a commercial or other entity should not be construed as my authorization to invade my home life at their descretion. Period. There should be an assumption of the negative until specifically authorized. My home, phone and communication utility is something I pay for and want to control access to. There should be no programmed right for anyone I do not specifically authorize to call me, especially if I have taken the trouble to put my home phone on the Do Not Call list.
