After carefully reviewing the proposal, it is with a LOUD voice I say: ABSOLUTELY NOT, NOT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM, SHOULD THE EXISTING DO-NOT-CALL PROVISION BE AMENDED. "...AN ESTABLISHED RELATIONSHIP WITH?...." HOW STUPID DO YOU PEOPLE THINK WE ARE?
