PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not relax the "Do Not Call" regulations. If anything, make them more strict. There is no reason why one industry should be allowed to harass the entire nation. No advertising calls are acceptable unless I first give the company permission to call me. No group of people is any more hated than telemarketers unless it is internet spammers. One excuse used by these people is that it is a legitimate business and an honorable job. I tend to disagree. Even the Nazi Death Camp guards during WWII had to find different jobs after the war was over. Telemarketers are no different. No job is sacrosanct.
