Subject: Prerecorded Message EBR Telemarketing, Project No. R411001. To Whom it may concern, The public made their feelings known when millions signed up for the Do Not Call List. I am one who signed. I strongly urge you not to allow Any Loop Holes in the ban on unsolicited calls. If I want to do business with any company, organizaton, reglious group, any other entity, I will seek them out. However, just doing business with them does not mean I have given them my specific permission to phone me at home. That permission is Not granted to anyone individual, company, organization or entity. I believe my Privacy is more important than anyone else's perceived right, to phone me without my permission. Thank you for listening to my input. I hope it helps guide you not to open any loopholes in the ban on unsolicated calls. Sincerly, George Gray A Private Individual
