Pre-recorded safe harbor calls: OPPOSED! This would be another erosion of the effect of the 16 CFR 310 as it now exists which, incidently, does not go nearly far enough to protect the privacy of U. S. citizens. This attempt by the Direct Marketing Association further clarifies their complete lack of decency toward the public. "Measured per day" vs. "measured over a 30-day period": OPPOSED! This is but another attempt by the DMA to subvert the privacy will of the American public.
