Dear Sir The reason that we created the do not call list was that because the telemarkerting industry was out of control . So that I don't see any reason whatever to give the telemarketing any leeway or that we should create a loophole and give them the reason to be a pest to the people who do not want or need to be call. Not only are the Telemarketing industry are going to take advantage of this loophole but so are crooked and scam artis industry. why would we created a law and a year later revised it, it does not make any sens.if the Telemarketing industry and everyone else respect each others there would not be a need for this Do Not Call List to begin with. Speaking for my family since we have put ours mane on this Do Not Call List we still received call, but compare to last year the call have decline a lots. Me and my family are against any loophole or leeway. Sincerly, Jean-Marc
