Telemarketing phone calls are hated by everyone I have ever met. Please keep the public's wishes in mind when creating/amending laws regarding telemarketing. A simple test of the public's opinion can be found. Leave an automated message on 1000 people's voicemails stating 'If you appreciate telemarketing phone calls, please call phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX.' Most people won't even call you back. The ones who do will express what a terrible annoyance these calls can be. Please listen to the people. Thank you for the opportunity to leave feedback. -Andrew F. Craig
