I do not wish telemarketers to leave prerecorded messages. Those with message machines will have a full inbox and may miss truly important messages. I feel that if you opt out of any telemarketing you sincerely don't want any type of telemarketing. If people wish these recorded messages then they could opt in for them. With the proposed system there is no way out of these messages so people will not be given a choice. With an opt in system you can go either way-the American way-choice!
