Under no circumstances should you modify the existing regulations. I, for one, would eliminate all solicitaion calls if possible and I certainly don't want calls from a computer generated voice that will require that I make another call just to get them to stop. My privacy is most important to me & I don't want interuption of my valuable time at home. I prefer you eliminate all calls instead of looking for ways to increase them.
