I am writing to request that you do not give telemarketers the right to call individuals and leave recorded messages if the phone number is registered on the Do Not Call list. I do not want to hear my phone ringing unless it is someone I want to talk to. I also do not believe that I should be forced to listen to the answering machine or glance at Caller Id to determine if I want to answer a call.,
