To whom it may concern, I strongly oppose allowing telemarketers to send out prerecorded messages to either home or wireless phones. I am currently on the Do Not Call list for my home number and will certainly sign up so that my cell phone number is not published. I believe that by allowing telemarketers to send prerecorded messages that the number of times a cell phone causes an interruption/ distraction will increase - for what?! Why create more situations where use of a cell phone could cause injury? Thank you for your time, Michelle
