Comments:
Regarding proposed amendment of TSR to allow calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. Please DO NOT permit passage of this amendment or anything else of a similar nature. I believe that in most cases only the seller and/or telemarketer, and not the consumer, believe that they have an established business relationship. I wish there was someone with the common sense, authority, and guts to know that only a minute percentage of people actually desire contact in any manner by telemarketers, and just plain put them out of business.
