I vote NO to allowing any waiver from current law. Computer generated calls are still an annoyance. you are considering any tinkering, consider a ban on all computer generated calls, even if there is an established business relationship. Why ? 1. Solicitors still abuse the law with computer generated calls. 2. They are practically impossible to stop (unless you want to listen to the entire message, and then a couple of dozen questions where you have to respond).
