The whole ideal with the No Call List is to stop telemarketers from calling your phone. This propose change for prerecorded message from business relationship changes the law and makes the No Call List as a big Joke. You as FTC should not look at the business side all of the time. Some times it looks like there is a wish for citizens to disconnect their phone service. I do not know If this is the place to discuss the following but cell phone companies should not be allowed to sell their cell phone customers numbers. thank you for your time.
