DON"T DO THIS! Do not weaken the provisions; we'll be right back to where we were, when you don't dare give your pnone no. to any commercial organization for fear that it gets sold and your privacy is gone (again). Make it stronger, ban all telemarketing; minimum 90 day jail sentence; and include charity drives , these so called "surveys", and all the rest of the dodges these filthy scum use to protect their so called "right ot free speech". What happened to our expectation of privacy? DON"T DO THIS
