I think this is a HORRIBLE idea! I do not want telemarketers using ANY METHOD to contact me. If I want a product or service, I will initiate the call. I do not want a salesperson calling me, wasting my time, trying to sell a product/service that I don't want. Allowing telemarketers to use pre-recorded calls is opening the floodgates again. Next, it will be some other method, then another. Soon, we will be back to where we were before Congress passed the National Registry. Why are you trying to bypass what Congress enacted?
