I do not want anyone messing the Do Not Call list. Prerecorded messages are extremely annoying and frankly I do not see any difference. This would be a major sell out. I don't agree with the established business relationship clause, because that invites an amazing amount of loopholes on what establishes a business relationship. Thank you, Ms. Park
