I am absolutely and positively opposed to allowing telemarketing to cellphones. It is: Intrusive and irritating. That in itself should be reason enough to disallow it. Contrary to what these people claim, there is no "right" to call us. Costly to the person called. Dangerous. Would these telemarketers like to be held liable for any accidents caused by an individual answering their calls while driving? I had my first call this week. It was from a company called Things Remembered. I called them back and they calimed it must have been a mistake. The number they called from was 800-672-1397. I hope you prosecute them.
