Do not allow this rule. If the telemarketer is a pre-recorded message, there is no way to ask the caller to be placed on a do not call list in order to have the calls stopped. I already receive a numebr of these type calls from telemarketers that I do not have a business relationship with such as satilitte TV providers, mortagage companies, siding sales, etc. It is very annoying. It is also costly to me when they fill up my voice mail system with unwanted junk. It is just like spam in your email and this type of unwanted telemarketing must be stopped.
