I do not approve the rule to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded messages, I know that if the rule is approved my phone will be inundated with annoying prerecorded calls. Please do not pass this rule to allow telemarketers to intrude into my privacy whenever they want. An electronic call is as just as annoying as a person calling about useless selling schemes and scams.
