This comment is not a direct response to the main issue but I would like to say this anyhow. Cell phones costs are high to begin with and we should have the right not to have our cell number posted in a directory. Is the phone company going to take full responsibility for the calls that are unwanted, that we may not receive if our numbers weren't put out there for everyone? It is truly unfair. Our cell phones should be our decision because we are the ones who are responsible for the bill.
