Comments:
I strongly oppose ANY changes to ANY guideline, law, or regulation that will give telemarketing organizations the ability or right to deliver unwanted solicitations through my telephone. My objection includes telemarketers who are working on behalf of organizations who may or may not have had a business relationship of any kind with me. I consider prerecorded messages equally intrusive as calls made by a live person.
