Under NO circumstances would I like to receive marketing calls on my cell phone. That has been as safe haven from nuisance calls. In addition, the very fact that mobile phones are mobile means that those calls could come in at not only inconvenient but also unsafe times. My cell phone is for necessary use only, and when it rings I know it is important. Telemarketing calls are far from important and could create many different problems. Please block any legislation that will allow this to happen.
