I really don't want anyone messing with the Do No Call list and especially don't want to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. That one thing I don't want to deal with at night or on the week-end when I answer the phone to listen to that.
