I am completely opposed to any changes to the Telemarketing Sales Rule that will increase call volume to consumers, as I believe the prerecorded message excpetion proposal will do -- even from companies with an established business relationship. In addition, I would like to state my continuing strong opposition to the exception of political and not-for-profit calls -- these are totally unwanted intrusions and should be held to the same standards as used for calls from for-profit companies (the established relationship rule, etc.).
