Absolutely, please don't mess with this Do Not Call legislation. Making an exception for pre-recorded msgs doesn't make a hoot of sense. And I used to be in the phone survey calling business (social research phone surveys). Let's not embarass ourselves any further. Thank You! Mei Sun Li
