Sir: I am against the proposed liberalization of the do not call list. Recorded calls are insulting-- these people are wasting my time and they are doing it with a recording device, they won't even pay for a person to call me. I have been interrupted far too many times at home when I want to be left alone and to spend time with my family. I urge you to not make the changes proposed to the do not call list.
