Please do not loosen the current restrictions on telemarketers. It has been so wonderful not being interrupted throughout the day and night by the incessant calls of telemarketers. I assure you, just because I shop at a particular store (such as Macy's for example) or because I have phone service, it does NOT mean that I feel I have an "established business relationship" with them and want to be called at home about any offers or whatever. Please, please keep the hard fought regulations that prevent telemarketers from invading our lives. I had given up answering the phone completely--I only used a message machine because of the frequent calling (I had a minimum of 3 calls a day or night and often more on a daily basis). Life has been wonderful since telemarketing has been so substantially reduced. I am a 65 yr old housewife. Thank you for this opportunity.
