Do not change the current rule. If I wanted the services the telemarketers are providing, I would seek them out on my own. I dislike when companies that I do do business with call me about selling additional goods or services. I'm an intelligent human being and if I need things I procure them. I'm not going to be sold by some telemarketer than knows less about their product than I already do! It is hard to come by much peace in life anymore, but the Do Not Call registry has certainly restored some in mine.
