Please do NOT weaken the exiting regulations blocking telemarketing phone calls in ANY way. I find pre-recorded messages particularly reprehensible and think they should ALL be blocked regardless of any previous contact between myself and the organization making the call. In the event the rules are weakened I will be forced to electronic means to filter ALL my incoming call in order to block these unwanted ones.
