The people in America have a right to privacy and RELIEF from telemarketers. If recorded messages are allowed, a person has no way of telling the caller they want to be placed on a do-not-call list. Thus, the calls are ongoing. You have finally done something positive for the consumer. Don't alter it so we are once again plagued by these phone calls!
