Please strengthen the DO NOT CALL provisions which eliminate the possibility of businesses calling me for any marketing purpose. If people want such calls, allow an OPT IN procedure for each business. We are grateful that the DO NOT CALL list worked as well as it did, and want to see it strengthened. Further, please do not create loopholes for telemarketers with automated messages to be allowed to call me. This would overrule the whole benefit of DO NOT CALL. Thanks
