What is "an established business relationship"? Because I have a Citicorp credit card, shop at Wal-Mart, am insured by Metropolitan Life, buy gas at Union Oil, dine at Denny's, shop at Safeway and make purchased from or deal in other ways with hundreds of business entities, does this create a business relationship? The Direct Marketing Association should be embarrassed even to suggest such an amendment. (Or has it no shame?). I wish to go on record as opposed both to it and to the proposed language change.
