With reference to a column written by David Lazarus published in the "San Francisco Chronicle" on 12-5-04, please keep foremost in mind what an incredible annoyance the telemarketer calls are to us phone subscribers. If you wish to change the rules controlling telemarketing, I would hope it would be in the direction of eliminating this 21st century scourge.
