Comments:
I strongly oppose any softening of the restrictions on telemarketers. Companies "with whom I have an established relationship" is already a major loophole, since any transaction at all is considered a relationship. It should be at the consumer's choice to be considered in a relationship, not the companies. Allowing pre-recorded messages is most annoying. And even if I hang up, they don't! I've had my phone line tied up by a recorded message on numerous occasions; It's invasive and arrogant. Please stop this blatant attempt to circumvent the first protection we've ever had!
