Comments:
Please do not allow any exceptions, extensions or additional time period whatsoever to allow telemarketers to call me on my cell phone. I do not want to receive ANY calls, even if from someone I have existing account with. It will cost me money to receive these calls on my cell phone and I do not wish to receive ANY such calls at all. It is not appropriate for telemarketers to be allowed to call people on cell phones UNLESS those telemarketers have to pay ALL the expenses related to the calls. It is bad enough to get such calls on my home phone but I absolutely do not want to receive ANY on my cell phone. Please stand up for the people on this issue as they are bearing the cost, NOT the business/telemarketers.
