Comments:
The intent of the "Do Not Call" law is just what the name implies. Those individuals who signed-up not to be called, desire no telemarketing calls, either live or prerecorded, from businesses they currently do business with or not. No unsolicited phone calls anytime, period. I respectfully request that the commission refuse the proposed amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule as described above.
