Please do not allow telemarketers to call our cell phones (even with prerecorded messages), as all of us don't have free incoming calls and that eats up our minutes having to answer or listen to the beginning of a message, even if we hang up, we are still charged one minute per answer (even if it's only a 10 second contact).
