Comments:

I object to the expansion of any provisions that would have the result of increasing the opportunity of telemarketers to call me. Additionally, in the event the calls are prerecorded, there must be a very explicit option for the recipient of the call to request termination of all future calls. In the area of the so-called business arrangement dealings, the opportunity to invoke the do not call option is virtually nonexistent now. Also, I understand that there is activity underway to publish a directory of cell phone numbers which would allow telemarketers to make calls to cell phones. I strongly object to the possibility of telemarketers calling me and on top of that having me pay for those calls. So, do not allow telemarketers the opportunity of making unsolicited calls to any number that could be charged to the recipient of those calls.
