Please do not weaken the Telemarketing Sales Rule. A prerecorded message is just as disruptive as a telemarketing call from a live person. When I signed up for this list, there was no exception in my mind for automated calls. Nor was there an exception in my mind for businesses with whom I already do business. I do not want any sales calls to my home, period. As for the 3 percent rule -- I don't understand the provision or the amendment, but I would not support any amendment that would weaken consumer protections. Please do right by us. Thank you.
