The Do Not Call list has been a wonderful boon to consumers and I think it has worked splendidly. Please do not loosen the restrictions on the telemarketers, their calls are very annoying. I do not want to have to opt-out, yet again, especially on a case by case basis. Please consider an opt-in mechanism if you must loosen the restrictions and make the penalties high for abuse.
