Dear FTC: The whole point of the ban on telemarketers' calls to those who opt out is just that: to ban them! Please do not allow telemarketers to circumvent the law by using pre-recorded messages, even more annoying in many ways than a live call. If I want to purchase goods or services from a company with which I have a pre-existing relationship, I know how to reach that company. I don't want or need their intrusive calls. Rev. Brad Bunnin
