Comments:
A person should not be disturbed on his cell phone by unwarranted phone calls, especially phone calls by soliciters and telemarketers. It is sufficiently unpleasant to be disturbed by them on a hardline. As a business owner, I don't have time to be answering questions in regard to services I haven't requested. During the time at my business I focus on work and production. Telemarketers calling is just a disturbance to the flow of productivity.
