I think it is asinine to change the Do Not Call List in any way. I put my number on the list because I did not want ANY calls from companies trying to drum up business. A Do Not Call List means just that whether it is by an actual person or a machine. Either way it is terribly annoying. We pay to have a phone for our own convenience not for companies to pester us to death trying to sell something. Please do NOT create any loop holes for them to start their invasive calls again!!!
